3. No Guaranteed Results
We provide strategy, systems, education and implementation support. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, pricing, team execution, traffic quality, follow-up discipline and operational capacity. We do not guarantee specific revenue, conversion, profit, lead volume or business outcomes.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information needed to perform the services.
- Review deliverables, decisions and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain lawful use of CRM, email, advertising, analytics and sales tools.
- Secure any third-party accounts, licenses, data, content or approvals required.
5. Payments and Billing
Fees are due according to the applicable invoice, checkout terms or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-transferable and must be made in the currency shown at purchase or invoicing. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services, access or deliverables.
6. Intellectual Property
The website, brand assets, frameworks, training materials, templates, copy, designs, methods and original content provided by ScalePro Digital are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, we retain ownership of our pre-existing materials and grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use purchased or delivered materials for your internal business purposes.
7. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public business, operational or technical information from the other. Both parties agree to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of the relationship, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for claims related to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to ScalePro Digital for that specific service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to services or materials if you breach these terms, fail to pay, misuse our materials or create legal, security or operational risk. Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred.
12. Governing Law
